Here at Journal Blue, we really care about your privacy. We’ve made it easier for you to read so it’s not as big of a waste of time.
So here’s the skinny regarding your privacy:
- Your email address is encrypted securely on our servers. Rest assured, none of that information will be released by us and will only be put online if you choose to do so. We won’t sell your email address. We won’t spam your inbox or use it to sign up for free pills from Canada or to order free magazine subscriptions. Our lips our sealed.
- We don’t collect personal private information on our site (e.g. credit cards, addresses, phone numbers). The only information we require is your username and password. Other forms are all optional. We don’t even have the ability to view your password - let alone your address and passport number.
- While we have the ability to view what country/state you’re accessing our site from, we are not able to locate your address, phone number, name, or any other details about you. The information we obtain is only for general knowledge of our user base.
- Age is not a restriction here at Journal Blue. While that’s the case, we highly recommend that if you are under 12 to go discuss with your parents about internet safety, not to talk to strangers (let alone meet them), and all that fun stuff that’ll keep you from trouble on the internet before you register on our site. We don’t want to be the ones to break it to you.
- Please keep in mind that the internet is an extremely public place. While you may not realize it, any personal information that you disclose either from information we obtain or detailed in your blog posts is made public to the entire world. If you choose to, you can make your blog posts more safe by setting up a Post Password to only allow people you give the password to access to the post.
- If you have any additional questions/concerns/suggestions that you would like to pose to us, please contact us through the SupportĀ link on the menu bar or under the Feedback section of your Dashboard.
